Stock-N-Shop is a hands-on volunteer program dedicated to serving our partner local food bank. Volunteers assist with stocking shelves, helping shoppers select groceries, ringing up items at checkout, and offering friendly support to every visitor. Our team represents The Walker Academy of Film Inc. with integrity, compassion, and community pride at every service day.
Our Mission
The mission of Stock-N-Shop is to strengthen our community through direct service, ensuring families have access to food, dignity, and support. We aim to create a warm, uplifting environment for every person we encounter while providing volunteers a meaningful opportunity to give back, grow, and unite under the spirit of service.
What Volunteers Do
When participating in Stock-N-Shop, volunteers may be asked to:
Stock shelves with donated goods.
Assist shoppers as they select their free groceries.
Ring up items for customers at checkout.
Offer helpful, respectful service to all food bank visitors.
Represent The Walker Academy of Film Inc. during all interactions.
No prior experience is needed. All training is provided on-site.
